Colour Confidence Interiors, can also provide a full co-ordination of tradespeople to get your property spick and span: including gardening, handyman services, painting, cleaning etc

In other words, this is a service tailored to your needs which will get your place looking immaculate.

Poor property presentation can often be attributed for disappointing offers $20,000 - $40,000 below the asking price. However professionally styled homes regularly attract multiple competing buyers.

How much does it cost?

It really depends on what you require - but assuming you have an empty property and it requires styling from scratch - I have put together the following fixed price packages.    However every job is different and you may only need a small number of furniture pieces/accessores which will reduce the price significantly.

This includes initial consultation, measure up, recommendations, provision of all furniture and accessories for whole of property (for a period of 4 weeks), delivery (both ways) and set up.

Other work required ie tradespeople etc is co-ordinated by Colour Confidence for an hourly rate of $95 plus cost of work.
