The Brief was to enhance the existing high ceilings, add a skylight over the shower, include an extra WC, reflect the colours used in the guest Bedroom.

Space Planning was the key to stealing space from the Spare Bedroom and reconfiguring the Entry Hall, allowing us the space to create a brand new room within the original Heritage section of this home. Now guests are truly spoilt when visiting or staying over with this stunning bathroom using luxury finishes and fixtures and light from the heavens over the shower.

Hamptons Style Family Home

Prestigious Balwyn North family home with a Hampton’s style makeover

This gorgeous family home in a prestigious area of Melbourne went from a modest renovation to a huge

overhaul and will now provide a lifetime of practical and stylish living for this large family of seven.

Fireplace with herringbone marble tiles and custom cabinetry, view out to the swimming pool across the family-friendly sofa, prime position armchairs, wool rug and large tufted ottoman, all crafed locally and designed specifically for this client using a combination of easy maintenance and high-end fabrics.

The Dining Room has turned from a dark walk-through space to a beautiful open and light-filled room; large enough to fit many happy and noisy gatherings. Keeping some of the original features but bringing them into the more contemporary renovation style was key.

Main Ensuite with glazed hand-made subway tiles, marble herringbone feature wall tiles, freestanding bath, large walk-in shower and double vanity. Styled with a luxe blue velvet ottoman and Roman blinds on the windows.

A bedroom large enough to escape to, with a huge picture window overlooking the pool and a tv hidden cleverly and accessible by remote control in the low-boy. Fabulous custom bench seat and bedhead too, with built-in displays and a walk-through his & hers robe.

Richmond Bathroom renovation

Colour was the main request for this compact space.

A sad and dated bathroom, with water leaking issues and a boring layout was given a new lease of life with a walk-in shower, 4 different tiles, sleek heated towel rails, fluted and curved custom vanity, hardy Corian benchtop, curvaceous basin and custom pill-shaped Shaving Cabinet - not to mention the feature wall niche with LED strip lighting!

Those hand-painted tiles to the Vanity wall were budget-busting, so we used them sparingly, but what a statement they make!

Brushed nickel fixtures, large neutral porcelain tiles as a backdrop for all that colour and an extra long in wall niche with LED strip lights.

South Yarra Terrace
